We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team as IT Recruitment Trainee. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in HR and recruitment, specifically within the IT industry. You will be trained to understand the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:-
Assist in sourcing suitable candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Understand job descriptions and technical requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates post-interview and assist in documentation.

Support in offer negotiation and onboarding activities.

Stay updated on current trends in IT roles and technologies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (Training will be provided).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
