Job Description
This is a full-time, in-office role for a Customer Associate in the web hosting industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, lead generation, strategic planning to expand our customer base and driving sales growth. You will collaborate with other teams to develop and execute effective business strategies that align with our company’s goals.

Responsibilities
Assist potential clients throughout their onboarding journey, from configuration basics, and product-related queries.
Identify and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and resellers.
Understand client requirements and guide them on suitable services.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase market share.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Basic understanding of IT terminologies etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage clients expectations and maintain professionalism.
Good analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
Willingness to learn hosting technologies and adapt quickly.
Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT for communication support and research is a plus.
