Skills:
- Understand the need of End customers and provide details of suitable Services to them.
- Convince end customers over the phone and achieve monthly/quarterly and yearly targets.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with the clients/customers consistency in quality.
- Setting up appointments.
- Target Oriented.
- Making Outbound Calls.
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email.
- Product and Service training will be provided by the Company.

Desired Candidate Profile
Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline candidates to have Sales experience in IT Service field.
- Good English and Hindi Communication Skills is mandatory candidates with Outbound Calling/Sales Experience with Domestic/International BPO have added advantage.
- Good Convincing skills to close a sale.
- Freshers only with a Science background can apply too.
