Key Responsibilities

Finalizing and closing deals in a timely manner to meet or exceed sales targets.

Coordinating with legal and finance teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.

Acting as a point of contact for after-sales support and service issues.

Upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Postgraduate or MBA degrees can be an added advantage, especially for managerial roles.

Strong understanding of IT products and services such as software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, ERP, CRM, hardware solutions, and managed IT services.
