Job Description

  • Bachelor degree or any related field.
  • Min 1-2 yrs sales experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and target potential clients in various industries for IT products, services, and solutions.

    • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

    • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of IT solutions.

    • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT products, software, hardware, or services.

    • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

    • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and resolving issues promptly.

    • Follow up with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.

    • Gather client feedback and communicate insights to the internal teams for product or service improvements.

  3. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

    • Keep abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the IT sector.

    • Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.

    • Provide recommendations for product enhancements, marketing strategies, or promotional campaigns based on market analysis.

  4. Sales Planning and Reporting:

    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and opportunities using CRM systems or sales tracking tools.

    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries for management review.

    • Track performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, revenue generated, and client acquisition.

    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.

  5. Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with technical teams, product specialists, and customer support to ensure seamless solution delivery.
