Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive and support sales for TACTCPM, our innovative construction project management solution. You will focus on lead generation, product demos, market research, and prospect follow-ups, targeting civil engineering firms. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with civil engineering knowledge, background or experience, and IT aptitude to make an impact in a growing startup.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of TactCPM and its offerings to articulate its value to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and client pain points in the civil engineering and ConTech space.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to refine pitches and align solutions with client needs.
- Generate and qualify leads for TactCPM by researching civil engineering firms, construction companies, and government tender opportunities.
- Conduct engaging product demos to showcase TactCPM's features.
- Follow up with prospects post-initial meetings (led by the Director of Sales) to nurture relationships and move deals toward closure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s /Master's degree in Software / IT / Civil Engineering; understanding & experience of construction project management (e.g., tenders, compliance) is a plus.
- Strong IT aptitude with the ability to learn and demo software solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
