Role Overview
We are seeking smart, proactive, and confident individuals to join as Academic Counsellor . This role provides a gateway to a career in student counselling, admissions, and EdTech management.
You will gain hands-on experience in counselling students, guiding them through academic choices, and contributing to the growth of the academy.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to explain courses.
Understand student career goals and recommend suitable cybersecurity training programs.
Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and support students throughout the admission process.
Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Actively participate in team discussions and provide feedback for process improvement.
Candidate Requirements
Freshers / Final-year students / Career starters are welcome.
Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam.
Smart, confident, and approachable personality.
Ability to understand student needs and explain solutions clearly.
Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn.
A positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to results.
