Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting IT products or services, and closing sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base through strategic sales activities.
This role requires a strong understanding of IT solutions, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer interaction. Experience in selling software, hardware, networking solutions, or managed services is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and field visits.

Meet with clients in person or virtually to understand their IT needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Present and demonstrate IT products and services such as software, hardware, networking solutions, cloud services, and IT support plans.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations based on client requirements.

Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into successful sales.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technology offerings.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1 to 3+ years of experience in IT or technology sales (Freshers with excellent communication and strong interest in IT sales may also be considered).

Strong understanding of basic IT concepts – hardware, software, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and regional languages, if applicable).

Confident in making presentations and engaging in client discussions.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Good negotiation and closing skills.

Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM or sales tools.
