Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT support services. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with a proven track record in IT sales or technology solution sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities.

- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
- Identify new sales opportunities through leads and networking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Promote and sell the company’s IT products, software solutions, and services.

Conduct client presentations, product demos, and technical consultations.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth.

Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions.

Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
3. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Assist clients with proposal documentation, agreements, and contracts.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis

Keep updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.

Provide feedback to the team and management regarding market demands and opportunities.

Identify new market segments and recommend strategies for business expansion.

Technical Skills
