Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce services.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- MBA in Marketing(preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target oriented.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Power Point, Excel is mandatory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic understanding or interest in IT products and services.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies.
Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of IT products and services (cloud computing, software licensing, cybersecurity, etc.)

Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management platforms, and office productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to learn and present technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication
