Job Description
1. Managing and maintaining the whole IT Infrastructure System
2. Working on technical troubleshooting, windows & servers monitoring, active directory, incident management, ticketing tools
3. Monitoring/ticketing tool, Veritas netback up, and backup execution
4. Troubleshoot the client software and basic network connectivity problems
5. Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organization in a technical role.
6. Handling issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, virus or email issues

1. Must be a B.Tech graduate (all trade excluding biotech), BCA, B.E
2. Good knowledge of windows server/Linux operating systems
3. Knowledge of installation and configuration of email clients like Outlook, Antivirus, and other application software
