Interview Process
- We are looking for passionate software developers who are confident to learn new technologies and write the code based on the right coding practices which can be easily understood, debug, and refactored by other developers.
- You should be able to understand business scenarios or analyze the business, confident to challenge them, hardworking to meet the deadlines, and creative to find better solution and think out of the box.
Interview Process
- Round 1: Theory Round. You'll be examined for your existing knowledge, theory, projects, work, small coding problems.. Duration: 15-45 mins
- Round 2: Coding Round. You'll be examined for your practical coding knowledge & logic. Duration: 15-45 mins for freshers and it can be extended for experienced candidates.
- Round 3: Problem solving Round. You'll be examined for your thinking process. Duration: 15-45 mins
Mandatory skills:
- Very good understanding of Java & J2EE, Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS, JS framework (Angular, reactive etc.), Java framework (spring), Git, Maven/Gradle, Testing in Java & JS and required libraries & tools, SQL, IDE (eclipse, idea etc.). Unit testing.
- CSS framework(bootstrap, material etc), Regular Expression, Bash Programming, Mobile application development, OCR, Image processing, Design principles, OOPS concept
