Job Description
- Trainee Support Engineer to Work with Global Clients .
- Should be good in communication skills and able to solve problems with out of box skills.
- Should have computer science background.
- Update process reports in a daily basis and work under shift lead's supervision
- Taking charge during critical situations and coordinate with various support teams for a quick resolution
- Attending daily/weekly incident/change meetings and report the status
- Perform critical and special process activities independently
- Identifying areas of improvement in the process and bringing to the notice of the senior members
- Mentor the reporting team, identify areas of process improvement like automation, cross trainings etc.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management
- Attend Team meetings and review meetings and address the issues with the help of DMs
- Set yearly goals and work towards achieving those
