- OS installation (Windows 98, XP, Vista, Win 7
Clients, Windows 8)
- Troubleshooting and resolving customized application
issues.
- Responsible for solving user queries without
violation of Organization SLA norms.
- Manage workflow and service request through
Client's call ticketing system.
- Imaging/Re-Imaging end user desktop and laptop
machines.
- Remote support to the end users.
- Installation and Configuration of Outlook 2007
and 2010 and 2013.
- Installation and Configuration of Office 365 pro plus.
