Job Description
- EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in node.js, react.js, Angular.4/2
- Expertise in Java/JEE web application development, will be required to work on code fixes and enhancements
- Good working knowledge of UI technologies like JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Expertise in any database preferably Oracle – Complex SQL, views, query tuning, execution plans, indexes etc. ·
- Good working knowledge of Spring, REST, ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
- Exposure to SaaS, multi-tenancy.
- Participate primarily in critical customer/production escalations and troubleshooting activities.
- Should be quick learner and super responsive to customer issues.
- Good verbal and written skills – to be able to communicate with Customer Support when required
- 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in full development life cycle software development.
- Specializes in Java/JEE web application development
- Ability to identify code gaps by analyzing server logs
- Ability to write complex SQL queries preferably Oracle RDBMS experience.
- Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS web applications.
- Attention to details · Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior Experience with Triage / Troubleshooting live customer issues and escalations
