Job Description
- Evaluate software features and adept at customizing software to suit needs
- Responsible for Windows, Office 365 and Microsoft Azure configuration & deployment.
- Manage Active Directory Group Policy in client units
- Instruct staff on use and configure equipment for optimal functionality
- Prioritize and resolve Help Desk requests
- Adhere to security procedures and fraud controls to protect members, staff, and assets
- Recommend changes to the disaster recovery plan for the department
- Make recommendations for improving IT systems
- Day to day help with internal and external IT needs, share knowledge & setup new users
