Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Design and Development:

Understand project requirements and translate them into functional software modules.

Design, code, test, and debug software applications using languages such as Java, Python, C#, .NET, PHP, JavaScript, or others depending on the project stack.

Develop front-end (UI/UX) and/or back-end logic and integration with APIs and databases.
2. System Architecture and Integration:

Collaborate in designing scalable software architectures that align with business goals.

Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and cloud-based services.

Ensure interoperability between internal systems and external platforms.
3. Testing and Quality Assurance:
-
Write and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated test cases to ensure code quality.

Identify bugs and performance issues, and troubleshoot in a timely manner.

Participate in peer code reviews to maintain standards and improve code efficiency.
4. Deployment and Maintenance:

Participate in the software release process and deploy builds in test and production environments.

Monitor applications post-deployment for stability and performance.

Maintain legacy systems and refactor code for performance improvements and updates.
5. Documentation:
-
Create clear and detailed technical documentation for code, APIs, workflows, and system architecture.

Maintain version control documentation using Git or other systems.

Write end-user documentation when necessary in collaboration with product teams.
6. Collaboration and Communication:

Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product managers.

Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders when needed.
7. Continuous Learning and Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software development.

Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions or workshops.

Suggest process or technology improvements to enhance team productivity or product quality.
