Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize pipelines for inference within machine learning frameworks.
  • Parse and optimize graph structures and intermediate representations like MLIR, TVM, and Glow IR.
  • Provide runtime support for popular machine learning frameworks such as ONNX, TensorFlow (TF), and Artificial Neural Networks (ANN).
  • Explore the internals and APIs of machine learning frameworks to implement Custom Ops and layer fusion at the framework level.
  • Utilize advanced techniques such as pruning and quantization to enhance the efficiency and resource utilization of machine learning workloads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and researchers to integrate machine learning models efficiently into production systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning frameworks and techniques, and incorporate them into our development process where applicable.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and brainstorming sessions to ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and optimizing pipelines for machine learning.
  • Strong understanding of graph structures and intermediate representations such as ONNX, MLIR, TVM, and Glow IR.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and/or CUDA.
  • Experience with popular machine learning frameworks including ONNX, Pytorch, TensorFlow (TF), and Artificial Neural Networks (ANN).
  • Knowledge of machine learning optimization techniques such as pruning and quantization.
  • Familiarity with GPU acceleration and parallel computing concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience contributing to open-source machine learning frameworks or projects.
  • Knowledge of deep learning concepts and architectures.
  • Previous experience in optimizing machine learning workloads for edge or embedded devices.
