Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements from the clients.
- Configure and customize enterprise IT applications based on client requirements.
- Take ownership of assumed task, provide test, implementation and support plan in a multi-tier level.
- Enterprise application server setup and administration.
- Attend calls with vendors/hospitals to troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during implementation.
- Exposure to application deployments and management.
- Ability to code SQL scripts and Unix shell scripts is a must.
- Fundamental knowledge of Web applications and Database.
- Exposure to Linux OS, system configuration, and system administration highly preferred
- Knowledge of Java, Javascript and Python is a big plus.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 1-year experience in Software Development/Dev-Ops/Technical Support/System Administrator/Systems Engineer
