Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot server issues, and ensure high availability.
- Perform routine server backups and disaster recovery planning.

- Work with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT infrastructure improvements.
