Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose hardware and software problems.
  • Resolve user issues through remote and onsite support.
  • Manage incidents and service requests within SLA.
  • Document issues and maintain technical records.
  • Deliver excellent customer support and communication.
