Job Title: Windows & Mac Support Engineer (L1/L2)

Job Description

We are looking for motivated Windows & Mac Support Engineers with 0–1 years of hands-on experience in end-user computing and IT support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for Windows and macOS environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for Windows and macOS users
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, macOS, and standard applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals)
  • Manage user accounts, access, and permissions (AD / local users / MDM tools)
  • Provide support for email, VPN, antivirus, and collaboration tools
  • Assist with system updates, patches, and security compliance
  • Handle ticket-based support using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Freshservice, etc.)
  • Perform system imaging, OS upgrades, and device onboarding/offboarding
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and asset records

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–1 years of experience in Windows & macOS support
  • Good understanding of Windows 10/11 and macOS
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN)
  • Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD (basic level)
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident management processes
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and customer-handling abilities

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 / Google Workspace
  • Exposure to security tools (antivirus, endpoint protection)
  • IT certifications (Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA) – a plus
