We are seeking an experienced IT Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Maintain IT infrastructure and systems
• Collaborate with other IT team members to deliver excellent service to employees
• Generating problem reports, logging issues, escalation of critical issues.
