IT Support Job in Aster DM Healthcare at Bangalore

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on installing, configuring, and administering the connection of modalities in the existing network
2. Work on the administration of user profiles
3. Manage the updating and archiving of image data
4. Manage supplier relationships and maintaining technology
5. Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to communicate storage and compute needs for the PACS application
6. Manage tickets and issue tracker
7. Support during new initiatives, project, or implementation
8. Work on vendor coordination for PACS & modality
9. Work on notifying and coordinating installations with vendor personnel when adding new devices (purchased workstations, servers, archives, etc. supplied by vendor), moving or removing Vendor supplied hardware, adding newly purchased workstation licenses, database license, DICOM license, RIS interface license, etc.
10. Work on notifying and coordinating with vendor personnel when moves/changes to modalities' DICOM storage locations are required
11. Plan and coordinate the software upgrades with vendor personnel
12. Analyze and work with vendor personnel to resolve software communication problems, including modality communication problems, etc.
13. Work on technical documentation and management reporting
14. Generate reports and update higher management as per the request
15. Work on troubleshooting hardware and software issues
