Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (Windows, Mac, applications).Monitor and troubleshoot network & Wi-Fi connectivity problems.Manage IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, software licenses).Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security patches.Maintain and support office IT infrastructure (LAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points).Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase, warranty, and AMC support.Set up and manage user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions.Ensure data backup and security compliance.Document IT processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
