Responsibilities include:
1. Support daily technical support activities for desktop, data, and server management
2. Set up and test computer peripherals
3. Perform the system changes that adhere to organizational policies
4. Conduct remote desktop troubleshooting and support over email, chat, and call to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance
5. Work on any ticketing tool
