Job role: IT support - L1 Engineer
Nature of the Job: Apprenticeship
Stipend: Rs.12,000 to 16,500 per month
Duration: 1 year
JD and KRA:
1. Provide basic IT support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues under supervision
2. Maintain records of issues resolved and assist in preparing technical documentations
3. Participate in training sessions, hands on projects to gain exposure to real world IT operations and practices
Requirement:
- B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Computer Science/ BCA
- Fresher- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT and technical knowledge

The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, basic knowledge of networking and hardware systems, and excellent customer service abilities. This role is essential in maintaining productivity by ensuring that end-users’ technology and systems operate smoothly.
