Roles and Responsibilities
- Strong Sourcing techniques
- Should have good Oral and written communication skills
- Should have hands-on experience in handling IT Recruitment Permanent & Contract positions
- Strong in using leading job portals Naukri & Monster
- Strong Working experience on linkedin
- Ability to effectively use tools like LinkedIn, Instahyre,Stack overflow,or any relevant sourcing media to identify high-quality engineering talent.
- Experience with hiring for engineering teams in the past ( SSE, SDE, QA, DevOps, Product hiring, Engineering Leadership Roles, etc.) - (Not Mandatory for all - Relevant for candidates with Product Hiring Background)
- Strong in Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings etc
- Able to understand Tech Skills Sets in Niche & Super Niche
- Strong willingness to build career in Recruitment area
- Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Should have good convincing and negotiable skill
- Strong team player and pro-active
