Job Description
1. Source, screen, and interview, asses and recruit high volumes of candidates
2. Work on screening resumes on job portals
3. Work on performing phone interviews with candidates
4. Validate profiles, send & get feedbacks from customers
5. Manage the customer communication
6. Maintain profile trackers, self-performance metrics sheets, and customer profiles

1. Have a minimum bachelor's degree with computer science B.E/B. Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc/MCA (no backlogs)
2. MBA will be an added advantage
3. Excellent verbal and personal presentation skills
4. Possess strong written and oral communication skills
5. Have 3-months of internship experience in technical recruitment for the IT industry
6. Knowledge of IT projects with program management, process & IT team structures
