Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions across multiple IT courses, including but not limited to:
Python Programming
Java Programming
Data Science and Analytics
Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
Mobile App Development (iOS, Android)
Cybersecurity
Cloud Computing
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
Digital Marketing
Database Management (SQL, NoSQL)
OSINT (Open Source Intelligence)
Geopolitical Risk Analysis
Design and develop course materials, including presentations, practical exercises, and assessments.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant updates into the curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement.
Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to students as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role.
Expertise in the listed IT domains with hands-on practical knowledge.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in specialized areas are a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with online and offline training methodologies.
Enthusiastic about continuous learning and skill development.
Preferred Skills
Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, AWS, Google Cloud, CISSP).
Fluency in multiple programming languages and tools.
