Item Developer-
- Qualification - B.Sc / M.Sc (Physics/Chemistry)
- Understand question/ assessment creation
- Good English written and oral communication skills
- Sound knowledge of using MS Office
- Should be able to research to find the necessary information/concepts
- Focus on writing quality items that have content accuracy, range in cognitive complexity
- Fieldtesting & item analysis to ensure the quality, complexity & rigor of items(Teaching experience is desirable but not mandatory)
- Science question paper creation for American standards.
- Science assessment creation for the school system age group of 5-18 years.
