Job Summary:
We are inviting applications from motivated and technically skilled candidates for the position of ITI Apprentice Trainee in the trades of Fitter, Welder, Turner, and Wireman. This is a hands-on, training-oriented role meant to provide practical knowledge and industrial experience to ITI-certified candidates under the supervision of skilled professionals.
The apprentice will support the maintenance, production, and operation teams in their respective trade functions and learn to perform tasks such as assembling components, wiring electrical systems, operating machines, welding structures, or maintaining mechanical equipment. This position is ideal for freshers who are looking to begin their careers in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
Responsibilities:

Follow instructions from supervisors, engineers, and senior technicians.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Follow the company’s rules, regulations, and safety protocols strictly.

Document tasks completed and learnings from each assignment.

Participate actively in training programs and assessments organized during the apprenticeship period.

Report any faults, accidents, or equipment issues immediately to the supervisor.

Wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as per assigned tasks.
