Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and committed ITI Apprentice Trainee to join our technical and operational teams. As an apprentice, you will receive hands-on practical training under the supervision of experienced technicians and engineers in your respective trade.
This opportunity is designed for ITI pass-outs looking to apply their knowledge in a real-world industrial or technical environment. The apprenticeship will equip candidates with practical skills, professional discipline, and exposure to industry-grade equipment and processes—enhancing their employability for permanent roles in the future.
Key Responsibilities
1. Practical Training & On-the-Job Learning

Assist senior technicians and supervisors in daily operational tasks specific to your trade.

Learn the use of tools, machines, safety gear, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Observe and practice preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.

Understand and follow technical drawings, manuals, and process charts.

Gain knowledge of machine operations, assembly work, repair, or wiring (based on trade).
2. Equipment Handling & Support Work

Operate or assist in operating mechanical, electrical, or CNC machinery (trade-specific).

Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and organization of tools, parts, and workspace.

Support in loading/unloading materials, machine setup, and workstation preparation.
3. Quality & Safety Compliance

Adhere strictly to all safety rules, PPE usage, and accident prevention measures.

Report equipment faults or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.

Follow quality standards and guidelines for precision, accuracy, and output.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Fill in daily training logs, job cards, or production records as assigned.

Maintain attendance, performance sheets, and apprentice evaluation forms.

Attend scheduled classroom or virtual training sessions as part of the apprenticeship.
5. Team Collaboration & Support
-
Work closely with team members and learn teamwork and communication in an industrial setup.

Participate in team briefings, daily task reviews, and tool-box talks.

Accept and apply feedback from mentors or training officers for skill improvement.
