Key Responsibilities:

On-the-Job Training:

Assist in daily operations of the department, such as machine maintenance, assembly, or fabrication, depending on the designated role.

Learn and apply technical skills related to your specific trade (e.g., electrical, mechanical, welding, fitting, etc.).

Follow the instructions and guidance of senior technicians or engineers to complete tasks.

Assisting with Equipment and Machinery:

Observe and assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment used in production.

Perform routine checks and assist in the troubleshooting of equipment issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

Keep records of tasks completed and report progress to supervisors.
