Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an ITI Electrician to handle electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work at our facility. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of wiring, circuits, and electrical equipment, along with the ability to troubleshoot and ensure safety compliance.
Key Duties:
Read and interpret electrical diagrams and circuit blueprints.
Install, maintain, and repair wiring, control systems, and electrical equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety compliance.
Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults.
Understanding of safety procedures and standards.
Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Electrical Installation & Maintenance
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control systems, and equipment.
- Ensure proper cabling, earthing, and electrical connections.
- Work on industrial, commercial, and residential electrical systems.
2. Troubleshooting & Repairs
- Diagnose and fix electrical faults, short circuits, and power failures.
- Inspect and repair motors, transformers, circuit breakers, and switches.
- Test and replace faulty electrical components when required.
3. Safety & Compliance
- Follow electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Ensure proper earthing, load balancing, and circuit protection.
- Maintain electrical logs and records for all installations and repairs.
4. Equipment Handling & Testing
- Operate tools like multimeters, insulation testers, and soldering irons.
- Perform routine checks and servicing of electrical panels and machinery.
- Support senior electricians in complex projects and troubleshooting tasks.
