Candidates should be ITI qualified in Fitter/Welder trade with 0–3 years of experience (freshers may also apply). Responsibilities include fitting, assembly, maintenance, welding operations (Arc/MIG/TIG/Gas), machine handling, reading drawings, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality standards. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts (morning/evening/night) and follow strict industrial safety practices.
