Position: ITI Fitter - Valve Assembly - Fresher
Location: Bhosari MIDC, Pune
Qualification: ITI in Fitter Trade
Responsibilities:
- Assemble valves as per drawings and SOPs
- Use hand tools and measuring instruments
- Ensure quality and safety compliance
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Net take home )
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills
-
Basic knowledge of mechanical fittings and assembly operations.

Understanding of tools like spanners, screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches, etc.

Ability to read simple engineering drawings and follow instructions.

Familiarity with measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, gauges, and micrometers (training will be provided if required).
2. Personal Attributes

Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a production environment.

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Punctuality, discipline, and a positive attitude towards work.

Physically fit to handle assembly tasks and comfortable working on shop floors.
