Job Location- Howrah, West Bengal
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a ITI Welder/Fitter at P. R. Engineering Works located in Howrah. The ITI Welder/Fitter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with fitting and welding tasks related to the High Voltage Isolator and other industrial equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience in welding and fitting industrial equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience working with industrial-grade materials and tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Certification in welding or relevant field is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
Candidates should be located in and around Kolkata and Howrah. Also should speak, read/write Bengali. (Mandatory)
Compensation & Perks:
Salary: ₹8,000/month (Fresher) ₹10,000/month (2yrs Experience) or negotiable
Production Incentive: Up to ₹2,000/month (after 4 months)
ESI and PF from Day 1 of the employment
Experience Certificate - after completion of 1yr
Eligibility:
✔ ITI certified Welder/Fitter
✔ Freshers and candidates who’ve completed 2-Years experience preferred
✔ Eager to start or grow in an industrial career
