Job Description:ITIL Process operations consultant will perform the ITIL specific activities for the large managed services engagement. Person should work as co ordinator such as Incident/ Problem / Change / Release or similar roles Apart from executing process operations work, this role requires Identification of continual improvement and drive those improvements
Knowledge Requirement:
Demonstrates knowledge and experience in the following areas• ITIL Process based on Version 3• Service Level Reporting• Strong expertise in Service Operations and Service transition• Process documentation• Driving service improvements• Detailed documentation of ITIL process, the process document should consists of inputs / outputs, process dependencies, RACI Metrics, detailed process steps, KRA, metrics • Prepare training material and conduct training• Perform ITIL process based audits• Advice tools team to configure ITIL process• Drive Continual Service Improvements'
