Essential Qualification : Associates Degree in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Networking, Computer Science Engineering or related field and 05 – 07 years of relevant work experience in Intelligent Transportation System performing Maintenance and Operations.
Candidate should have understanding of ITS Systems, Vehicle Monitoring System, Traffic Monitoring system,
CCTV, Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), Vehicle and Incident detection technology.
Contract Tenure: 6 years
Field Experience:Knowledge of Intelligent Transport System (ITS) technologies which includes ITS field infrastructure. Knowledge of Installation and troubleshooting of field devices
(CCTV, Variable Message Boards, AFCS equipments, GPS etc.)

Job Description:Maintains, Monitors and assist in Market Development of current & future ITS initiatives which encompass infrastructure maintenance including central traffic signals system, traffic monitoring cameras, vehicle detection devices, electric conduit, fiber optic cabling, wireless communications devices including Dedicated Short Range Communications
(DSRC), Networking devices, Audio Visual equipments, Misc ITS software and dynamic message sign
(DMS). This position will receive directions on Senior Staff and also work independently depending upon the work involved.
Specific responsibilities: This position will be responsible for design and support of intelligent transport system (ITS). A successful candidate must have experience in system design, system construction inspection and system monitoring and system troubleshooting.
Typical products may include ITS systems such as
CCTV, variable message signs, vehicle and incident detection technologies, weather information systems, automated toll collection systems, GPS based vehicle tracking systems.
