- POSITION TITLE:Trainee Client Service Executive(International Voice)
- LOCATION:Coimbatore
- EDUCATION:With Minimum Under graduatio
- EXPERIANCE:Fresher’s Preferable
- POSITION TYPE:Full-time
- SHIFT:Night Shift (5.30PM-2.30AM or 6.30PM- 3.30AM)
- NO.OF.REQUIREMENTS:20 Requirements
- CAB FACILITY:Home drop only for Female employees
- HOLIDAYS:Saturday, Sunday & All US Holidays
- SALARY:10K (CTC)
- Specialist is working to ensure that patients' health care benefits cover required procedures. He contacts a patient's insurance company to verify coverage levels and collect outstanding bills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Must be a quick learner
- Confident in building a conversation
- Intermediate experience with MS Word, MS Excel
- Should be Client service oriented.
- Should be willing to work in Voice Based process.
- Should have Good Grasping power
- Should be ready to work in night shifts
- The specialist is responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage, to ensure necessary
- procedures are covered by an individual’s provider.
- Accurately enter insurance information into computer system.
- Maintain clear communication with insurance companies.
- Answer phone for incoming calls, make outgoing calls and assist Call Center as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and center related business.
