Job Description
Test Engineer (IVR)Role
- Test Engineer role encompasses execution across various test phases for projects or day-to-day operations
- Identify defects through the testing process
- Partner with delivery team to find defects based on acceptance criteria as close to the development process as possible
- Work closely with Test Coordinators to ensure test execution follows the standardized process during project phases as well as for the on-going operations
- Write test scripts that will be either manually or automatically executed by testing team, business testers, or test automation processes and tools
- Support business testers as-needed in project or day-to-day operations testing
- Utilize test and defect management software to perform tests based on the plan and report defects
- Work in IVR Testing in Genesys / other projects
- Having experience in Cyara tool must.
- Load Testing activity in regular interval
- Automatic testing tool configuration
- Testing report generation
