Position Summary:

Coordinating with Indo-Japanese sales team / OEM customers / Dealers & Distributors / technology collaborators / providers / R&D and product management team
Coordinate with cross-functional, Indo-Japanese team by applying your Japanese language expertise to complete projects in time.
Extensive online research (Japanese or a combination of English and Japanese) and updating information among cross-functional teams.
Closely interact with Japanese suppliers and clients.
Part of a critical & exclusive foreign language team within organization.
Should be ready to travel within India & Japan as and when needed.

Responsibilities:

Leading cross-functional team to ensure project / task completion in scheduled time
Making recommendations for changing roles, coverage models or team configurations in order to maximize productivity
Administering key account management with current and potential clients, influential people
Exploring new market opportunities and commercial USPs to maximize revenue, profitability and quality reputation
Coordinating with sales team / OEM customers / dealers & distributors / technology collaborators / providers / R&D and product management team
Maintaining a track of business considering self-sales trend, market intelligence / research information about customers, pricing, competition, demand trends for existing products and potential new products
Monitoring market trends and evaluating in business practices to synch with customer flavors to secure targeted revenue / margins
Customer interaction / protocol, product qualification, price negotiation, generating techno-commercial reports & presenting results in review meetings
Identifying potential volume sale clients, sense needs, prepare sales proposals
Improving customer satisfaction by ensuring right product quality and timely deliveries
Attending and resolving customer grievances in coordination with quality and project execution teams
Drafting DPR (Detailed Project Reports)
Administering MIS reporting & making required changes to execute schedule
