We are looking for a passionate and skilled Japanese Language Trainer to join our team and contribute to the academic and professional growth of our students.
Job Title: Japanese Language Trainer
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
- Language Instruction: Deliver engaging Japanese language classes to students ranging from beginners to advanced levels.
- Curriculum Development: Develop, update, and enhance Japanese language courses and materials, ensuring they meet the needs of students.
- Student Assessments: Regularly evaluate students' progress, conduct tests, and provide constructive feedback on their language proficiency.
- Classroom & Online Teaching: Teach both in-person and online classes, creating an interactive, student-centered learning environment.
- Cultural Integration: Introduce aspects of Japanese culture, customs, and etiquette into lessons to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the language.
- Individual Support: Offer additional support to students who need extra help with understanding language concepts or assignments.
- Teaching Methodology: Use a variety of modern teaching techniques and tools to enhance the learning experience, ensuring a balance between speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, language trends, and Japanese culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree ( related to Japanese Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Certification: JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) N2 or higher, or equivalent certification.
- Experience: At least 2-5 years of experience in teaching Japanese as a second language, preferably in a formal setting.
- Salary: 400 to 500 per Hour
- Location: Pune
Skills:
- Strong command of the Japanese language, including grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary.
- Ability to teach Japanese effectively to diverse groups of students.
- Proficient in using modern teaching tools and platforms for both in-person and online instruction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs and levels.
