Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical consulting and engineering solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
Analyze engineering problems and recommend cost-effective, technically sound solutions.
Review engineering designs, specifications, drawings, and calculations for accuracy and compliance.
Support product development, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Perform root cause analysis for technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare engineering reports, technical documentation, presentations, and project updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in customer meetings to understand technical requirements and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Operations, and Project Management.
Support supplier evaluations, technical audits, and quality improvement initiatives where applicable.
Provide technical training and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other problem-solving methodologies.
