Required Skills & Experience

3–6 years of hands-on development experience in backend systems
Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOP, Collections, Exception handling, & Streams
Strong experience with Spring Boot (REST, validation, configuration, profiles)
Experience with PostgreSQL (joins, indexing, query optimization, schema design)
Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Spring Data JPA / Hibernate
Experience with Maven/Gradle, Git, and standard development workflows
Working exposure to AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, IntelliCode, Sonar AI capabilities) to enhance development efficiency
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills and ability to work on performance issues
