JOB DESCRIPTION for DESKTOP APPLICATION (JAVA) DEVELOPER:

 Key Responsibilities-

• Candidate will be responsible for participating in all facets of creating a Java-based portal web application:
• Defining user requirements through writing user stories
• Developing functionality using Java, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, portal technologies
• Participating in all agile practices used by the team, including pair programming, and test driven development
• Writing automated tests scripts and manually testing the application.

 Requirements-

• Good Communication Skills
• Good knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Model.
• Hands on experience in Coding, Testing, Implementation/Maintenance Support in JAVA.
• Proficiency with Java, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL
• Knowledge of OO design and development practices and principles, including design patterns
• Ability to learn quickly in a very fast-paced environment as part of a team
• Critical thinker with the capability to demystify complex technical requirements
• Punctual and Innovative having positive attitude.
• Quick learner, creative and dedicated to work.
• Capable to work under pressure.
• Ability to handle a team of developers and co-ordinate smooth delivery of the project.

Qualification & Experience-

• B.Tech/M.Tech or MCA
• 2-4 years of professional experience using Java.
