Job Description
We are looking for highly skilled Java Developer with experience building web applications in Java. Java Developer is responsible for analyzing user requirements and business objectives, determining application features and functionality, and recommending changes to existing Java-based applications, among other duties.
Java Developer need to compile detailed technical documentation and user assistance material, requiring excellent written communication.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Development:

Application Design & Development: Develop and implement Java-based applications and features based on user requirements, functional specifications, and business objectives.

Code Optimization: Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code to ensure high performance and reliability of applications.

Unit Testing: Design and conduct unit testing to ensure functionality, performance, and quality of the developed code.

Bug Fixing & Debugging: Identify and resolve defects in existing applications and provide solutions to improve performance and usability.
2. Application Maintenance and Support:

Bug Resolution: Address and resolve issues reported by users or the QA team in a timely and efficient manner.

Code Maintenance: Maintain and update legacy applications to meet changing business needs or resolve technical debt.

Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure scalability and reliability.
3. Collaboration and Teamwork:

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Code Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality standards are met and improve team collaboration.

Agile Development: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies to keep track of development progress and collaborate with the team.
4. Technical Documentation:

Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for code, APIs, and application architecture to ensure that other team members can easily understand and maintain the code.

User Manuals: Create and update technical manuals, deployment guides, and user documentation as required.
5. Innovation and Continuous Learning:

Stay Current: Stay up to date with the latest Java development trends, frameworks, and technologies to improve efficiency and stay competitive.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate development processes and identify areas where improvements can be made in efficiency, code quality, or user experience.
6. Integration:

APIs & External Systems Integration: Develop and integrate APIs, third-party services, and other systems to enhance the functionality of applications.

Database Integration: Collaborate with database teams to integrate back-end databases with front-end applications, ensuring data consistency and performance.
