QUALIFICATION: B.E OR B.TECH WITH 70% PLUS AGGREGATE.B.E/B.Tech 2023-24 ENGINEERING GRADUATE FRESHERS PREFERRED. (COMPUTER SCIENCE/IT BRANCH PREFERRED.)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, code, test, and deploy Java-based applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Work with Java Frameworks: Utilize frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate to build efficient backend solutions.
- API Development & Integration: Design and develop RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between applications and services.
- Database Management: Work with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases to store and manage application data.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other technical issues.
- Testing & Debugging: Write and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and other testing frameworks.
- Collaboration & Agile Development: Work closely with front-end developers, UX designers, and business analysts in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Cloud & DevOps Integration: Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and work with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines for automation.
- Security & Compliance: Follow best practices to ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
