Job Description
Implement state management techniques in React.js, either using built-in features like React Hooks or external libraries like Redux, to manage application state effectively.
Optimize React.js applications for speed and efficiency, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Software Development:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications, ensuring efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.

Develop and implement solutions to solve complex business problems while maintaining high standards of quality and functionality.

Write clean, well-documented, and testable code using best practices.

Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring seamless operation of back-end services.
2. System Architecture & Design:

Participate in system architecture discussions, technical design, and code reviews.

Identify and suggest improvements in software architecture to ensure scalability and high availability.

Develop and manage APIs, microservices, and backend services for large-scale applications.
3. Troubleshooting & Debugging:

Analyze and troubleshoot complex production issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.

Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing Java applications.

Implement performance optimization techniques to improve system performance and resource utilization.
4. Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with front-end developers to integrate Java-based back-end systems with user-facing elements.

Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Communicate technical solutions and status updates to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
5. Testing & Code Quality:

Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the code.

Participate in automated testing and continuous integration processes to improve the development workflow.

6. Research & Development:
